The apartment had not been renovated since the building was constructed in the late 60s. The layout has been completely redesigned to optimize all the space and now comprises an entrance separated by a wall with organic openings leading to a large living room, a dining room, a semi-open kitchen with an organic opening reminiscent of those in the entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with WC, and a separate WC.

ZELLIGE, WAXED CONCRETE, TRAVERTINE, ASH

The living room sideboard, headboards and laundry cabinet were designed and built by the carpenter.

Concerned about the environment, Maud proposed handcrafted materials and second-hand furniture.
